What Your Dancer Needs to Get Started at MC Dance

At MC Dance, we believe dancers thrive when they look and feel the part! Proper dance attire helps build discipline, confidence, and a sense of community in every class. Whether you’re a brand new dance family or returning for another exciting season, here’s everything you need to get your dancer ready for class.

👱‍♀️ Hair Guidelines


  • All classes: Hair must be pulled back in a pony and away from the face.

  • Ballet classes: Hair must be in a secure bun, pinned or clipped away from the face.


ESSENTIALS:


💃 Class Attire & Shoes


Each class has specific attire and shoe requirements. Please make sure your dancer arrives dressed properly—this helps ensure consistency and comfort for every child. If your child does not have the correct shoes, they will need to purchase the proper ones before performances or showcases.
