Below is a brief overview of our studio policies and expectations. For complete details, please refer to our PARENT HANDBOOK & STUDIO POLICIES, which includes all studio rules, procedures, and enrollment terms.
ENROLLMENT COMMITMENT
Registration reserves your dancer's place for the season. Tuition is due according to your selected payment plan until proper withdrawal is received. Please review our Tuition page for details on registration fees, our VIP Membership Rollover Program, and payment schedules.
ATTENDANCE
Regular attendance is essential to your dancer's growth, confidence, and success. Consistent participation allows students to progress with their class and be fully prepared for performances.

CLASS PLACEMENT & REVIEW
Student ages are provided as general guidelines. Final class placement is determined by MC Dance instructors based on each dancer's age, experience, technical ability, and overall readiness. The first few weeks of the season serve as a placement review period, and MC Dance reserves the right to move students to a different class or level if it is determined to be the best fit for their growth and success.
COMMUNICATION
Studio updates, newsletters, schedules, and important announcements are sent by email and posted through the MC Dance app. Please ensure your contact information, including your email address and phone number, remains up to date in the Parent Portal.
DRESS CODE
A dress code for dance class is essential to ensure that instructors can clearly see body alignment, promote safety, and create a professional learning environment.
Please keep in mind that dancers feel more comfortable and confident when everyone wears the required class attire and appropriate dance shoes. If your child does not have the correct shoes, you will be required to purchase the appropriate footwear for Showcase and other performances.
Visit the MC Dance Boutique to purchase approved dancewear, shoes, MC Dance merch, team attire, and other classwear.
HAIR GUIDELINES
All Classes (unless otherwise noted):
Hair should be securely pulled back in a ponytail and away from the face.
Ballet, Pre-Pointe, and Pointe:
