VIP MEMBERSHIP ROLLOVER PROGRAM
To simplify enrollment and continue offering special studio benefits, currently enrolled families are automatically enrolled in our VIP Membership Rollover Program for the upcoming season.  If you are a VIP you will not be charged a registration fee.

VIP Membership Fee (Annually)
$38 per family, automatically drafted on May 15, 2027

VIP Membership Includes:

• Priority registration access

• Waived class drop fees

• Waived class transfer fees

• VIP promotions and studio perks throughout the season

Opt-Out Deadline
Families wishing to opt out of VIP rollover enrollment must submit their opt-out request by May 8th. If an opt-out request is not received by May 8th the $38 VIP Membership fee will automatically draft on May 15th. VIP Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

PRIVATE LESSONS

• Learn more here, and inquire at the front desk for information.

• All private lessons must be paid through the Parent Portal or at the front desk.
   

PROCESSING FEES

• A 2.59% processing fee applies to payments made with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit cards.

• No processing fee is charged for debit cards or other forms of payment.
   

AUTO PAY

• Automatic monthly debit is available from a checking account or credit card.

• Payments are processed on the 1st or 15th of each month.

• Cash or check payments must be received before the due date.

• Returned check fee:  $35

• Late fee:  $10

• Dance Boutique purchases charged to your account will be processed on the 1st or 15th of each month.

• New customers are not eligible for charge accounts until October 1st.
   

CLASS WITHDRAWAL

• A 15-day written notice is required using the studio's withdrawal form.

• If notice is received fewer than 15 days before your next draft date, one additional month's tuition will be drafted.

• Refunds will not be issued for failure to submit the withdrawal form.
   

OTHER FEE POLICIES

• All registration, tuition, costume, Showcase, recital performance, and ticket fees are non-refundable.

• A valid credit card, debit card, or bank account must be kept on file.

• Outstanding balances must be paid before:

  • Costumes are distributed

  • A student may participate in the Showcase

  • Registering for additional classes

• Accounts with outstanding balances are subject to a $10 late fee after the 15th of each month.

• Accounts with repeated non-payment or failure to comply with studio policies may be required to prepay tuition or may lose registration privileges.
   

SHOWCASE FEE

• Showcase fees are non-refundable.

• The Showcase Fee includes:

  • One ticket per show

  • A memory book

  • A digital download of the showcase

• Payment is due by April 1 and will be automatically drafted.
