Help Us Put a Face With a Name!
MC Dance families, we need a quick favor! Please add a current photo of your dancer to their student profile in your Jackrabbit Parent Portal.
This small update can be a big help to our teachers and front desk staff.
Why your dancer’s photo helps
Learning names: Photos help staff connect a dancer’s name with their face, especially when welcoming new students.
Taking attendance: A photo gives teachers a visual reference when checking their class roster.
Helping substitutes: A substitute teacher can more easily recognize dancers and welcome them into class.
Avoiding mix-ups: Photos help staff distinguish dancers with similar names and connect each dancer to the correct student record.
How to add your dancer’s photo
Log in to your Jackrabbit Parent Portal.
On the dashboard, select Billing & Payments.
Select Students, then View beside your dancer’s name.
Select the pencil icon to edit their student information.
Select the pencil icon on the photo placeholder and choose your dancer’s photo. Follow any prompts to finish, then check that the photo appears on their profile.
If you have more than one dancer, please add a separate photo to each dancer’s profile.
What kind of photo should you use?
A simple photo is perfect! Choose a recent, well-lit picture of just your dancer with their face clearly visible. Skip sunglasses, filters, and group photos. You do not need a professional dance portrait.
Already have a photo uploaded? Take a quick look to make sure it still looks like your dancer!
